China Southern Airlines to open Dhaka-Guangzhou flight

Mofizur Rahman managing director of NovoAir told Xinhua in an interview that they are hopeful the inaugural flight will be on July 5 if the concerned authorities of the Bangladeshi government complete all the procedures for opening the flight. Rahman said the economic relationship between China and Bangladesh has developed a lot during the last few years more and more Bangladeshi businessmen are doing business with China. “The opening of Dhaka-Guangzhou flight will provide convenience to those businessmen as most of their businesses are based in southern China” he said. “Every year more than 10000 Bangladeshis participate in Canton Fair.

The 3-month exhibition has 95 cultural items which the Shenyang Museum Palace borrowed from the Guangzhou Museum. The exhibit conjures up a brilliant picture of busy and flourishing Guangzhou ports in the 18th and 19th centuries. Soundbite: Cheng Cunjie curator of the Guangzhou Museum: “Traded for export the articles developed their own aesthetics quite different from the domestic market. The ceramics whether in style or in pattern are quite different from those in royal or folk kilns. ” Craftsmen in Guangzhou produced a kaleidoscope of export arts that combine Chinese and European styles geared to the European market.
