At a recent trade fair in Guangzhou in southern China organized to help exporters explore the domestic market one trader complained about difficulties in selling her products Xinhua reported. “We sell them at factory-gate prices but buyers still bargain. That makes me mad” she said. CMCDI Injects CNY210mn in Guangzhou Digital Media Group

(CMCDI SEHK: 0133) said yesterday that its subsidiary Shenzhen Tianzheng Investment Company Limited had agreed to inject as much as CNY 210 million into the Guangzhou Digital Media Group under an agreement signed by the two parties. Besides Shenzhen Tianzheng other investors would also invest CNY 40 million in Guangzhou Digital Media Group.

R&F Properties Sells Guangzhou ffice Building for CNY500mn

Notably the Guangzhou real estate developer is in talks with China Development Bank over other deals and a possible fundraising disclosed Li Sze Lim chairman for R&F Properties. The company is also contacting with a bank for the sale of another office building in Guangzhou according to Mr. Li without elaborating. In addition R&F Properties will keep a watch on the land put up for sale by the local government added the chairman declining to say whether the company will increase its land reserve in the near future.
